Commercial Projects

On the commercial side, Ed Hulme Inc. is capable of managing small to large-scale projects from several thousand dollars to multi-million in size.

Commercial projects are generally long-term in nature and need ongoing, professional supervision. Ed Hulme Inc. makes it a priority that commercial projects adhere to an established construction schedule and prides itself on meeting the scheduling needs of our customers. Many times, decisions are committee or group-oriented with numerous inputs from various departments or involve multiple contractors; Ed Hulme Inc. is skilled at guiding these decisions so that the project stays on track.

Our projects involve all functions of the construction process (or selected functions) including:

  • Design/build project management
  • Excavating & sitework
  • Building and erection
  • Mechanicals (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, sprinklers, etc.)
  • Interior finishing or remodeling
  • Landscaping

Budgetary pricing is provided if needed during the initial development phase. We are familiar and work with a variety of State, County, and Local offices and agencies to facilitate permits and other required paperwork. Through experience, Ed Hulme Inc. is able to provide clear assistance to navigate and negotiate with these various organizations.
